As a high-achiever, I bet you don't realize that you can handle more than most.

For my eldest daughter, hyper independent types who are ALSO sensitive and recovering people-pleasers, holy moly.

You're used to...

  • being the good listener everyone tells all their secrets to

  • taking responsibility for more than your share and then wondering if people are disappointed in you if you don't meet their expectations

  • being the peacemaker and putting your needs on the back burner so everyone else feels ok

  • feeling like you have to be available for people ASAP

While being the person that everyone can count and has it all under control has served you, it's also taking a massive toll that you may not realize...

Ever wonder if those migraines, high blood pressure, IBS, anxiety, or auto immune like symptoms have anything to do with what you're carrying and not able to let go?

It's why working with your body is so powerful.

In traditional therapy, you may talk through your situation, understand yourself better, and become more aware of why you're having a hard time trusting what you're sensing or why you overaccommodate others.

But if you're already an overthinker, it's easy to stay in analysis mode and feel like you're 'doing the work' only to get caught up in the same cycles of saying yes when you mean no, doubting what you're seeing with your own eyes, and not speaking up because you don't want to anyone to be mad at you.

It's not because you're not smart and you can't see what's happening -- it's that understanding something doesn't automatically change how your body and nervous system will react in the moment of stress.

And why working with your body to process your feelings so you can get to & release what's at the root is what actually allows you to feel more free.

Manisha brings such a calm and inviting energy to her workshops. With her prompts, I was able to tune into my body & my intuition in a very safe and anchored way. In just 30 minutes, I had a huge insight into when I know I'm listening to my gut and when I'm not. This new awareness has helped me move forward with trusting my gut again in my work. So grateful for the space Manisha held for us!

I attended a recent workshop and while it contained familiar information, there were new things I could add. I appreciated Manisha's ability to meet people where they're at and calm approach and facilitation style, which made me feel comfortable to ask questions. I left with a greater sense of peace and tangible next steps.

The reason it's hard to let go of anxiety and stress no matter how much talk therapy and mindset work you do is because your body first needs to feel safe enough to release, which is hard to feel in today's fast-paced world where there is already so much chaos.

This workshop is DESIGNED to help someone like you slow down and get out of your head and into your body.
I've supported hundreds of clients and students in the last 15+ years and I'd love to be your guide.

Hi, I'm Manisha

I'm a trauma informed, somatic practitioner with 15+ years of experience working with students and clients supporting them to heal what's preventing them from listening to their bodies.

This comes not only from my training in occupational therapy, craniosacral therapy, inner relationship focusing, yoga, meditation and a whole host of somatic practices, but it's also as a direct result of having gone through the journey myself.

Even with all my experience and training, my highly sensitive nature and analytical mind took over. The body holds onto old experiences until they are processed (or you hear what it wants to tell you), and when I wasn't listening, a surprising injury forced me to stop and pay attention. I had no choice but to learn how to drop from my mind to my body to not only address the physical pain but also to heal the emotional imprints of early trauma so that I could hear and trust myself again. I would love to support you on your journey as well!
